Daylesford Kitchen: Design Insight

The Challenge: Maximising storage and functional utility within a compact, architectural footprint while maintaining a seamless, minimalist aesthetic.

The Design Solution: I focused on a high-efficiency joinery plan that prioritises clean lines and ergonomic flow. To achieve a handle-less, streamlined appearance, I integrated custom finger wells throughout. Storage was optimised using space-saving pantry door baskets and a cantilevered peninsula bench that creates a light, airy feel while providing a dedicated dining hub. Under-cabinet lighting was installed to provide focused task illumination, while the selection of high-grade, low-maintenance surfaces ensures the space remains effortlessly clean and functional.
